Delivery Methods

Partnered Logistics:

  • Home Delivery: HCT Logistics, Black Cat Logistics (limited to Taiwan's main island)

  • Convenience Store: 7-Eleven, FamilyMart (available on Taiwan's main island and outlying island convenience store branches)

Shipping Details

  • After placing an order (excluding the order date), the production time will depend on the working days required for each product. Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee and excludes public holidays.
  • Shipping and delivery times are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00. Actual delivery times are subject to logistics schedules, with no shipments arranged on holidays.
  • During festive holidays, high order volumes, or unforeseen natural disasters, shipping may be delayed.
  • If choosing Home Delivery: The actual delivery schedule will depend on the route arranged by the courier driver.
  • If choosing Convenience Store Pick-Up: Please monitor your SMS notifications and pick up the package within the specified time indicated in the logistics SMS. Failure to pick up the package without valid reasons will result in shipping cost losses, which must be borne by the customer.
