If you receive such a call or SMS, please be vigilant and do not trust instructions from unknown numbers. If you have any doubts, please contact PrintBar! immediately or call the anti-fraud hotline 165 of the National Police Agency for verification.
If you receive a call from an unfamiliar number with prefixes like "+", "+2", or "+886", please exercise extra caution. Be wary of callers who may alter their phone number or impersonate a specific company, bank, or government agency. Also, avoid clicking on unknown links or accepting friend requests on LINE or other messaging platforms from unfamiliar sources.
Common fraud methods include "repeated orders" or "incorrect installment settings" to gain the consumer’s trust, followed by requests to perform online banking or ATM transactions. If anything related to your bank account is involved, please contact the bank directly. If the call asks you to operate your account or provide sensitive information, please decline and reduce the risk of fraud.
We also recommend that you regularly change your passwords, strengthen your password security (using a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, and numbers), and avoid entering account credentials on public computers to enhance your information security.
