Terms and Conditions

Quality Policy


  1. This website provides inkjet digital customized printing services to meet the diverse needs of the public. As such, the default quality is set to a standard that is generally acceptable to the public as normal delivery quality. If you have specific quality requirements, please discuss them in advance with the sales representative. This website does not accept complaints or disputes regarding quality after delivery.
  2. For customers with quality requirements, please discuss the possibility of paid proofs with the sales representative. If proofing requirements are not communicated in advance, color matching will not be performed.
  3. This website strictly selects the materials used for self-sourced inventory. Not all materials and production methods available in the market can be provided. Please inquire and confirm the materials before placing an order. Once confirmed by the sales representative, the product will be produced according to the specifications to ensure customer satisfaction.


Color Policy


  1. Our printing equipment follows international G7 and BrandQ standards for color management. If there are any color deviations, the product will be reprinted at no extra charge.
  2. Different materials have different paper whiteness, surface textures, and reflective effects. Environmental lighting can also cause significant color discrepancies, resulting in metamerism (same color but different appearance). These are natural physical phenomena and can cause color differences between different orders. If there are concerns about color discrepancies, please use the paid proofing process.


Product Defect Policy


  1. For general economy-grade PVC stickers, normal shrinkage of 1-2mm may occur over time. If a protective film is added, this shrinkage may be more pronounced and occur more quickly. To reduce shrinkage, please use 3M imported PVC film.
  2. Economy-grade PP posters tend to curl naturally due to the material's properties, and adding a protective film will make the curling more noticeable. If you require non-curled products, please inquire with the sales representative.
  3. Except for products with warranties, all items are considered economy-grade and are not covered for issues like fading, cracking, or adhesive residue. If you have special requirements, please provide details in advance and consult with the sales representative.
  4. 99.9% of our products are cut using computer-controlled equipment, ensuring a cutting tolerance of ±1mm per side.
  5. It is normal for printed products to have reflective brush marks at certain angles. If you require no reflective brush marks at any angle, please communicate this in advance.
  6. Different boards have size limitations. If you need to join panels, please inquire with the sales representative regarding any risks.


Shipping Defect Policy


  1. If you have special packaging requirements, you can discuss with the sales representative whether paid enhanced packaging is available.
  2. If you are concerned about the normal shipping process, you are also welcome to inspect the product on-site and arrange for personal transport.
  3. Please open the package and inspect the product immediately upon delivery. If there are issues, take photos and notify us within 24 hours. Any damaged products must be reported within 24 hours to allow for discussions with the shipping company regarding responsibility. We do not accept refunds or reprints for issues reported after 24 hours of receipt.


Reprint Policy


  1. Once we confirm acceptance of a reprint, the following conditions apply:
The reprint must be produced using the same file, size, material, color conditions, processing method, shipping method, and installation method. The delivery time will be recalculated. Any change or adjustment to any of these conditions will be considered a new order and will require discussion and a reprint quote.
